Personal Finance (Not Investing) • How Much Cash Do You Keep In Your Home?

I had a boss once that said he kept $5,000 cash at home in case he ever needed to bail a relative out of jail in the middle of the night.

I had to do this once! It was a pain to get $10k cash ASAP. Banks don't keep that much cash on hand, even if you have that amount in your account.
