If your current 401k allows a rollover from an IRA, yes.1) I looked and have a Traditional IRA with Vanguard and other IRA with Capital Group.
2) Can I roll these into my current 401ks as these also have a bit higher fee structure vs what I am planning to put it in.
If these IRAs have been rolled into your 401k, there is nothing to pro-rate. This is only important for the ordinary backdoor Roth.I am reading about the PRO RATA rule and its a bit confusing to be honest so asking the questions and hoping for answers in the basic form and I am reading this should not trigger that.
If you only do the mega-backdoor Roth, there is no need to move the IRAs into your 401k, other than consolidating accounts. They do not affect mega-backdoor Roth.
