I initially had concerns that holding a Total Market Index in both taxable and tax-advantaged might open you up to wash sale concerns, but it seems FZROX tracks a proprietary Fidelity index while FSKAX tracks a Dow Jones index (the Total International Indexes also are different between the ZERO version and the regular one). Subsequently, I think my initial concern is invalid and everything looks good (bonds all in tax-deferred)! Congratulations on lowering your costs, I'm sure that will pay off in the long run.
