Personal Investments • VWIAX [Vanguard Wellesley Admiral Shares] for 80+ inlaws?

I was planning on advising that my inlaws (80+) invest in VWIAX (https://investor.vanguard.com/investmen ... file/vwiax).

However, with an expense ration of 0.16%, would there be a combination of funds (eg. VFIAX, etc.) that would accomplish the same thing, but have a lower expense ration overall?
