We just did Hawaii Big Island w/Budget (maybe should have tried Costco) but the secret was keeping checking for lower rates. So I made initial reservations, but saved couple hundred by checking for lower rates at later date, and making new reservations. Well couple hundred bucks is nothing on Big Island, but it helps a little,
