Personal Consumer Issues • Birthday Trip to Charleston, SC?

Charleston is a great city to visit with a lot of options. We typically make reservations for lunch and dinner for the establishments that offer them. I've been to Savannah as well, but Charleston is far better, IMHO. We will be back there again next year. If you plan to stay in the historic area and want to cut down a bit on lodging costs, visit on the weekdays.
