Personal Consumer Issues • Utah National Parks trip in May

We will be flying to SLC in the 3rd week of May. Arriving early morning Thursday. Departing late afternoon of Sunday. We will rent SUV at the airport.

Question:
1/ which parks are must see and can be done in the time frame we have?
2/ where should we stay (hotel)?

We are couples in our mid 30s and early 40s. We would like to do some hiking but not Angels landing. Too busy and fearful of that level of heights.
