They have chat.wow I just finally got in tonight. Been trying for days and have tried to take the DL photo at least 10-15 times. Not sure why it worked this time. I thought maybe it was a low quality webcam, but sometimes it would ask me to upload a file instead and even with a very hi-res pic of the DL, it would fail - and then it'd say to contact support, but when I clicked on the link it would ask me to log in first!?If you do something "sensitive", and you didn't verify previously, it makes sense for them to have you verify. I had to do it the first time I tried to change something (phone number). I couldn't get it to work with my DL, had to use passportHas anybody had to upload their DL to verify identity after using their account for a couple of months? I didn't have to do anything when creating the account, so it's strange to be asked now. I haven't stepped thru it yet because it also says I'll be consenting for "Persona, our third party vendor" to collect some sort of biometric data too. yuck
After it accepted the DL, I had to take a live selfie and turn my head. I just tried logging in again and I had to do the selfie thing again. I wonder if someone is looking at it and my DL like they do at the grocery store. I hope eventually it'll stop asking for that.
Also yesterday morning I got an email with the subject "Your trade confirmations are available" which really freaked me out since I couldn't log in to check what was happening, but then I remembered last month I got that too for a div reinvestment (SGOV). They really need a different subject line for that alert.
I'm not sure if RH has a phone number or some way to get to customer support. Really have to cross our fingers that no issues come up for the next 5 years
