When we stayed there about 6-7 years ago the biggest problem I had was the bedding, it literally hurt my back. In fact when they brought up a new mattress it was just like the one they were exchanging. I eventually got them to put a board under the current mattress we had and that helped. Later on I read some of the other reviews at the time and previous to our stay and some of the people were complaining about the same thing. In fact, I just went on trip advisor and if you check under the rooms reviews section you will still see similar issues along with outdated issues.

If you go to Blackrock you are paying for location, and it is a great location!
