Personal Finance (Not Investing) • Florida Community Property Trust ?

I & DW have independent Revocable Trusts each, but I recently heard about the Florida Community Property Trust,

I understand if I & DW transferred all assets into & we together form this new Florida Community Trust, then on passing away of one of us, the survivor spouse will have 100% step up in basis, i.e no capital gain taxes for the survivor .

Has anybody heard or started such Community Property Trust in Florida ??
