That is a fine approximation. 22% of $19k = $4180.

MAGI would have to reach $100,526 to step into the 24% bracket.

Given that we know from a subsequent post that taxable income is $52k plus a $19k conversion less standard single standard deduction of $14.6k the total tax would be $7466.50. $2040.5 would be in the 22% bracket.
