... It appears they will have triggers set to minimize losses and they're not expecting to profit daily, just have some goals set to meet a certain net percentage gains.
Goals are nice. They may also want to invoke a lower limit on how much they are willing to lose. If they lose 50% of the seed money, will that be enough to make them stop? Planning for success is the easy part, agreeing in advance how one will retreat is another matter all together.
