Personal Consumer Issues • Fidelity Credit Card for Best All Around Card?

I am still a big fan of the Fidleity 2% card.
No annual fees, no hoops to jump thru to get it, good customer service in my experience, etc.

I had the citi 2% card - had major problems with it and switched a number of years ago.

What problems did you have with Citi? For me, the problem was over aggressive fraud detection where they would deny the purchase with no notification.

Exactly the problem I had!
The card was denied so many times. The final straw was I tried to use the card at the airport to make a flight change and, no surprise, it was denied due to fraud detection so I used another card. BUT then the charge showed up on the card anyway even though I had an email and text saying it was blocked due to possible fraud. They told me to seek refund from airline - they wouldn't refund because charge was denied. I spent months trying to get a refund from citi before giving up. I have vowed to never do business with them again. Lost $100.
