You don’t drop long distance transmission voltage down to household voltage. Technically feasible yes, cost effective no. Would be more likely for the utility to agree to pay all or a portion of the normally delivered electricity. But this is still unlikely. I just don’t see much incentive for utility to agree.It can certainly be metered and even have an upper limit on offtake per day or lifetime. I see no reason they wouldn't do it. Just costs have a transformer drop.No utility would take on a contract in perpetuity. What you would be proposing would be accepting this as an unmetered customer. Roll it into network losses. That's not going to happen.How about requesting a transformer/tap and free electricity for the property in perpetuity?
