Edited to add this comment - Well, I am still confused by 45.63 relationship bonus. Looks like that was calculated using base value of 2,028 instead 1640.02. Why would BOA do that when it is using 1640.02 for category bonus calculation.

($28.03+$32.81)*75%=$45.63
