Thanks for your note. Could you provide a link/URL to the Green Street "premium to Nav is 9.3%" (I didn't find anything on https://www.greenstreet.com)?
I saw another thread of you (viewtopic.php?p=7932782#p7932782), where you noted:
"I would hold it again if it displayed positive momentum for a few months, if premium to NAV was fairly strongly positive, and if I was prepared to monitor and bail out if the stock market crashed (it would take a few months for that to be fully priced into QREARX)."
Do you see all the conditions are met now (aside from your own availability), i.e.
1) positive momentum for a few months,
2) premium to NAV was fairly strongly positive
