portfolio visualizer has cash, but it's USD
It uses a 1 month t-bill which is likely a bit higher than the overnight rate

for eur, this got me curious

I compared the EUR government bond SEGA ishares, this goes back like to 2009
with Amundi EUR Overnight Return UCITS ETF Acc, this goes back to 2007?
I could not compare global aggregate bond eur hedged because it does not go back that much, only until 2018

I am not sure it shows in the link, but the difference is massive, the EUR govt bond is doing +40% over the period april 2009 to today, the overnight +4%, exactly as they are expected to do. less volatility=less returns

Looking at that graph, and working with times where I can remember rates, from 2014-2023 the fund you linked dropped by 4%!
However I know EUR govt protected deposit rates were not negative in that time.
So why did it drop?

Do you have a link to a graph of the EUR government bond SEGA ishares also?
