Select the biggest hard drive, strongest cpu.
Install proxmox on the hardware, then install opnsense on as a vm. If you need to reboot your router, just reboot the vm without rebooting the hardware. If you mess up your router, just revert the vm to a working snapshot.
Since the box is so powerful, you can install a bunch of other servers as vm's on proxmox.
opnsense and the others are routers with firewalls so you won't need anything else other than AP's.
