Personal Finance (Not Investing) • Confusion over DPOA at Schwab

Schwab has two levels of POA, regular and Durable. Me as a DIY'er can use either. DW and I have regular, if durable becomes needed, we'll just submit our lawyer drafted Durable POA. Schwab expects the POA to notify then if the account becomes incompetent.

I suspect there might be a communication misunderstanding between you and the advisor.
