Agree, just found original Zweig commentary. That said, I believe I was quoting Morningstar AU. The article clearly misquoted the sourceThat doesn't sound like Benjamin Graham's writing style at all. Not at all. I can't believe he wrote this.
I was going to ask you to cite the source, but I found it. It's not Benjamin Graham. It's Jason Zweig, in his commentary on Chapter 4 of The Intelligent Investor. Zweig edited an annotated version of the 1973 edition of The Intelligent Investor and included his own commentary at the end of each chapter.
I'm not saying it's bad advice. I'm just saying it is not Benjamin Graham's advice.
