I submitted a partial withdrawal (online form) from American Equity last Monday. Received the money on Friday (ACH).

My Canvas MYGA has reached the initial 3-yr guarantee period last week and I requested a full surrender. Forms were printed, signed and emailed back three weeks ago. Funds can only be returned to me by a check in the mail. I just talked to a rep who told me the withdrawal is still in process but "can take up to 15 business days" to process.
