I believe you've received all good advice so far.

Another thing to double check is if you had trips to the USA during the year and income can be attributed to that period. That wouldn't be FEIE and could go towards the IRA.

For us, the days we visit family in the summer months in the USA have allowed our IRA contributions. For 2025 it looks like that won't be possible.
