Are you using different browsers on Windows PCs and the iOS tablets (e.g. Edge and Safari)? It is possible it could be the DNS server set up on your home Wi-Fi router, but that's a pretty technical setting that most people don't change.
You could take your tablets to a trusted friend's house and try to access the websites through their internet connection (or tether to your cell phone if you have that). That would help you do more isolation on where the problem could lie.
