the 22% and 24% tax brackets will sunset at the end of 2025. Starting 2026, these brackets will become 25% and 28% respectively. So contributing to Roth 403(b) now is like earning a 3% or 4% cash back respectively, the only caveat being that the "cash back" is delivered to you only at the end of 2 year period.
