Great question, it really has to do with my father, and how he put the whole thing together over many, many years. Its just hard for me with the stroke of a key to change everything he did, especially when he faired very well for himself with what he had to work with.

I would equate it to selling maybe valuable antiques or a car that your parents had, maybe you would not appreciate them like they did, but do you keep them for sentimental reasons or sell them and do something else with the proceeds that makes more sense to you?
