That seems to make your payment on time, doesn't itI mailed it in person at my local post office and had it hand stamped on April 14th. And yes, I agree that they wouldn't be charging $14 again.Here is some info about the new rules concerning when stuff is mailed. Dropping a letter in the mail or handing it to your mail carrier does not count. When it is postmarked is what counts....and there can be a day delay between the two.
